About the project

Cybersecurity services have a dedicated platform for incidents management. As clients don’t have a good experience navigating on this platform, the SOC service (dedicated to incident management) decided to implement a brand new platform to better fit users needs.

My role

In a small agile team, I have designed the new tool by relying on the company design system. I also managed the prioritization of features and the backlog.

Outputs

  • First version entry into service 6 months after initial kickoff
  • Positive client feedback from the new tool
