About the project
INCA tool enables the implementation of the new continued airworthiness process, to address the ongoing and future challenges in product safety. By designing a user-centric solution, improving performance and relying on AI inputs, Airbus can manage safety-related events with the same level of effort in 2025 and 2020.
My role
Together with the team in agile methodology, I have designed the user experience of the tool over 10 PIs. I also managed the change management strategy and implemented actions to facilitate the adoption of the tool.

- UX Scoring of 79%
- 21 key users in entry into service onboarding
- 1000+ visits on INCA tool GSite for onboarding
- 100% of users onboarded in entry into service
